1. Strict Delivery Timeframes
All orders go through a processing phase before dispatch. Please note that these timelines are firm and cannot be expedited upon request:
Order Processing: Orders take exactly 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) to be processed, packed, and prepared for shipment.
Delivery Time: Once handed over to our courier partners, standard UK delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. International shipping times vary strictly depending on the destination country’s custom clearance protocols.
2. Final Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are fixed and non-negotiable. They are applied at checkout as follows:
UK Standard Shipping: A flat rate of £3.99 applies to standard tracked deliveries within the UK.
UK Priority Shipping: A rate of £5.99 applies to priority handling and faster dispatch routes within the UK.
Outside UK (International): Shipping costs vary strictly by region. The final cost is calculated dynamically and displayed at checkout.
3. Address Corrections & Delivery Liability
Incorrect Information: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Once an order is processed or dispatched, we cannot modify, redirect, or cancel the shipment.
Lost or Stolen Parcels: Westbridge Mart is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect details provided by the buyer.
4. Mandatory Order Tracking
All shipments are sent via secure tracked courier networks. Once your package leaves our warehouse network, you will receive a formal confirmation email containing a tracking link. Customers are expected to monitor their own tracking status to ensure successful receipt.
5. International Customs, Duties & Taxes
For all orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, the customer assumes full legal and financial responsibility for any import duties, customs taxes, or local clearance fees. Westbridge Mart will not undervalue packages or mark items as gifts to bypass customs regulations.
6. Failed & Missed Deliveries
If a delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, or if a parcel is rejected at customs, the courier will hold the item for a limited time at a local depot. If the parcel is returned to our warehouse due to non-collection or an invalid address, the customer will be held responsible for any return shipping fees and re-delivery charges.
