1. Strict Return Window
We operate a strict 30-day return policy. You have exactly 30 days from the date your tracking status shows “Delivered” to notify us of your intent to return an item. Any return requests made after this 30-day window will be automatically rejected.
2. Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund, products must be returned in the exact condition they were sent. We inspect all returned items thoroughly:
Original Condition: Items must be completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any odors, stains, or pet hair.
Packaging: The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging with all original labels, tags, and accessories intact.
Damaged or Altered Goods: If an item is returned to us in a used, washed, or degraded condition, no refund will be issued, and the item will only be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
3. Free Returns — No Cost to the Customer
100% Free Returns: We offer completely free returns on all eligible items. The customer will not pay a single penny against return shipping costs.
Prepaid Return Label: Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide you with a prepaid tracked shipping label at no cost to you.
Safe Transit: You must use the official prepaid label provided by us so the parcel can be securely tracked back to our UK warehouse network.
4. Non-Refundable Upfront Shipping Costs
Shipping Fees are Non-Refundable: The original product shipping cost that you pay at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
Refund Adjustment: When you return a product for a refund, the original shipping charge will be deducted and adjusted from your final refund amount. You will only be refunded the exact purchase price of the physical item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories of goods cannot be returned under any circumstances once opened or used:
Vitamins and health supplements.
Opened food or consumable products.
Personal care or hygiene-sensitive apparel.
6. The Inspection and Refund Process
Once your return is delivered to our UK warehouse, please allow 5 to 7 business days for our team to inspect the quality and condition of the item.
If your return passes inspection, we will notify you via email, and your adjusted refund will be processed directly to your original payment method.
Please note that banks and payment gateways can take an additional 3 to 5 business days to clear the funds into your account.
7. Damaged or Faulty Items upon Arrival
If you receive an item that is genuinely defective or damaged during transit, you must contact us at info@westbridgemart.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photographic and video evidence of the damage and the shipping label to confirm eligibility for a full replacement or immediate refund.
